ANITPASTO A’LA PAPA JOE
A salad built like a fortress by a server with a degree in engineering. Constructed with: mixed greens, tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, onions, pepperoncini, cheese, salami, pepperoni, anchovies (optional), and topped with Papa Joe’s Special Italian Dressing. Served with one loaf of garlic bread.

FRESH CLAMS
Sautéed in our own white wine, garlic, and butter sauce OR our zesty red Marinara sauce. Can be served hot or mild.

MUSSELS
Sautéed in our own white wine, garlic, and butter sauce OR our zesty red Marinara sauce. Can be served hot or mild.

SHRIMP
Sautéed in our own white wine, garlic, and butter sauce OR our zesty red Marinara sauce. Can be served hot or mild.

CHILLED SHRIMP
In the shell with cocktail sauce.

STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Stuffed with a delicious Duxel and five cheese stuffing. Can be served with melted cheese.

CROSTINI
Fresh Italian bread layered with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and basil and served with Papa Joe’s mixed olives.

CALAMARI
Sautéed in our own white wine, garlic, and butter sauce OR our zesty red Marinara sauce. Can be served hot or mild.

PAN FRIED CHEESE
Lightly sharp, Kaseri cheese, fried to perfection and drizzled with Limoncello. Served with fresh fruit.

ROASTED GARLIC
Fresh roasted garlic cloves served with fresh fruit and cheese, a healthy choice.

PANNUZZO
Hand tossed pizza dough baked to perfection, Sliced & topped with garlic & olive oil, served With tomato sauce. The following additional toppings are available: Fresh Tomato & Basil, Sautéed Onions & Peppers, Vegetable Medley, and/or Mozzarella Cheese.

MEDITERRANEAN BRUSCHETTA
Combination of calamata olives, anchovies (optional), capers, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Lightly sautéed and seasoned to perfection and laid on pizza crust.

FIRE GRILLED BRUSCHETTA
Combination of calamata olives, anchovies (optional), capers, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Lightly sautéed and seasoned to perfection and laid in the middle of fire grilled dough pieces, topped with sundried tomatoes and basil.
