SEA PASTA DELIGHT
A succulent combination of shrimp, scallops, and crab meat sautéed with onions in our white wine, garlic, and butter sauce served over mixed pasta. Can be served with melted Cheese.

CHICKEN GIO
Chicken strips marinated in rosemary, garlic, onions, and olive oil and sautéed with calamata olives and fresh tomatoes and tossed over penne pasta with pecorino cheese.

BEEF TIPS TOSCANO
Strips of sirloin steak, sautéed with garlic, onions, fresh tomatoes, and peas, then tossed in pasta and garnished with pecorino cheese.

TORTELLINI PRIMAVERA
Tortellini pasta combined with mixed vegetables in a creamy romano cheese sauce.

A salad built like a fortress by a server with a degree in engineering. Constructed with: Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Onions, Pepperoncini, Cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, Anchovies (optional), and topped with Papa Joe’s Special Italian Dressing. Served with one loaf of Garlic Bread.
