SHRIMP CARBONARA:
Crispy succulent shrimps sautéed with Pancetta, prosciutto, and onions in a creamy romano cheese sauce and folded into spaghetti.

STUFFED FLOUNDER ALA GIOVANNI:
Baked flounder stuffed with a homemade Canadian Snow Crab meat stuffing and finished in a delightful romano cheese sauce served with mixed vegetables and pasta in a creamy Romano cheese sauce.

SHRIMP MARINARA:
Shrimp and onions sautéed in red marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served over linguine pasta.

ORANGE ROUGHY:
A light, fluffy, mild fish that melts in your mouth, topped with a Grand Marnier liqueur and honey glazed butter bread crumb and served with pasta tortellini smothered in a creamy romano cheese sauce with pecans.

SEAFOOD JAMBALAYA:
Shrimp, mussels, scallops, white fish, clams, craw fish, and crab meat sautéed with mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers mixed in an outrageous Cajun sauce and served over fettuccine pasta; so delicious you’ll swear that Papa Joe came straight from Louisiana!

Snapper, clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and crab Meat & onions, sautéed in white wine, garlic mixed in with our marinara sauce, tossed on a bed of fettuccine.

SPAGHETTI & CALAMARI:
Fresh squid sautéed in our white wine, garlic, and butter sauce or a red marinara sauce and served over Spaghetti. Can be served hot or mild. All dinners are served with your choice of soup (Minestrone or Pasta Fagioli) or a Garden Salad & half loaf of garlic bread.

LINGUINI & CLAMS OR MUSSELS:
Sautéed in our white wine, garlic oil, and butter sauce or a red marinara sauce. Hot or Mild.

A combination of conch and squid sautéed in our white wine, garlic oil, and butter sauce or a red marinara sauce and served over spaghetti. Hot or Mild.
