Congratulations Hernando County! After much anticipation it is a pleasure to announce that your iconic Papa Joe’s Restaurant will be making its comeback, refined by fire! The blueprints of the new Papa Joe’s restaurant were submitted to the county today for permitting. It is projected that the new doors will open to our family of guests sometime in February 2015. The fire that ravished our building stole the home of 32 years worth of memories but the flames couldn’t touch the passion and determination that defines Papa Joe’s. An icon is built, not by brick and mortar, but by representation of something symbolic. Papa Joe’s is symbolic of integrity and compassion, generosity and diligence and of course the most mouth watering meatballs around. We look forward to rebuilding “Justa For You”!
