Wow! Papa Joe and I can hardly believe that a whole year has passed since we reopened the restaurant. There has been miracle after miracle. The first miracle perpetuated all the others; it was the intense and profound love that helped us to find the courage, faith, and hope to overcome the sorrows of the ravaged Papa Joe’s. This deep love exhibited by our God, loved ones, friends, and community, along with the love that we have for our family here at Papa Joe’s helped us to see past the ruins, leading us to a new vision for Papa Joe’s. We are so thankful for all that love and support. We still stand in awe of what that miracle of love brought about. We are thinking of writing our story down to share with you all those miracles sometime in the near future.
